Choose Expiring Contracts 120 Days under Primary Searches. You can also use the same named button from My Opportunities. Find your keyword row, then select a monthly count to inspect the underlying contracts. Select Contract # in the resulting award list to read an award or modification. Return to the keyword report before choosing a different keyword or month. Close a child tab if one opened separately; otherwise use browser Back.

For an independent search by company, NAICS or year, use Main Menu โ†’ Research โ†’ Expiring Contracts through 2030 instead; follow the search instructions.

The Main Menu labels this route Expiring Contracts 120 Days. It opens the account's keyword report, headed Expiring Contracts, with four month columns. These are calendar-month groups, not an exact rolling 120-day window. The detailed field guide shows how to read a keyword row and its award link.

What determines the report

The report uses the signed-in account's CAGE and shows keyword rows that match its saved solicitation-search criteria. It also displays the stored business name, address, renewal date, award-history flag and electronic-business point of contact. If the account has no saved keywords, the report may be sparse or empty; that does not prove there are no future government purchases. Review the current keyword rules with the account administrator. See assigned criteria.

Report heading/field Meaning in this report and how to use it

Awards [year] Past contract count associated with the keyword; use it for market history.
# of Agencies Buyer count; select it to explore the agency report.
Incumbents Company count; select it to see past awardees.
$ Dollars obligated on past awards, not money available for a new bid.
# Sols Solicitation count; select it to open notices, then check the originals for current status.
Month1โ€“Month4 Counts and dollars for contracts expected to complete in each month. Select a month to inspect award actions and their dates.
Business name / Roadmap Stored legal business name used in the report title. Confirm the account identity when using a shared login.
CAGE and registration expiration date The CAGE parameter and stored renewal date from the business record. Compare current status in the official SAM.gov entity information; a date in this report is not proof of active registration.
Award History: Y/N A stored company history flag. It is not the number, date or dollar value of this company's awards.
Address and business point of contact Stored profile location and electronic-business contact. These identify the profile behind the CAGE; they do not filter the keyword market by place of performance.

In the October 10, 2026 Business Development example, Month2 showed 1 / $57,824. It linked to an award action with $57,823.76 obligated and a November 15, 2026 estimated completion date. The display rounds the dollars. The keyword field guide shows the related agency, company and workbook views.

A business review

A custodial supplier can review whether custodial and related keywords are actually configured for its CAGE, compare the report's historical awards and solicitation count as market context, and then run a current solicitation search. The team should open original notices, check scope, place of performance, set-aside and deadlines, and use award history for specific prior actions. The keyword roadmap helps choose where to investigate; it does not name a renewal opportunity by itself.

Check the account identity, keyword, month and actual award action together before sharing a conclusion. An expected completion date can support research into follow-on work; it does not establish that a new solicitation exists. The checked Excel download shows the same Business Development row and explains merged cells, monthly text and count cells containing web addresses.
