Read a saved Award History action list
Dated field-reading lesson ยท Observed 9 October 2026 ยท 2 minutes 26 seconds. This example uses a saved application view with action year 2026 and the words custodial and Memphis. It teaches how to interpret six award-action rows, repeated contracts and modifications, dates, amounts, agencies and the visible export control. The screens are labeled stills for reading fields; this video does not show a live search, a clicked detail page, or a downloaded workbook. The recorded result is a dated example, not a current open solicitation.

Use the player's CC or captions menu for the separate English track. Captions are not permanently printed over either picture. The two editions use the same narration, timed caption text and transcript.
Chapters
| Start | Field-reading purpose |
|---|---|
| 0:00.025 | Read the saved 2026 criteria and observation date. |
| 0:21.175 | Count six action rows without calling them six new bids. |
| 0:41.175 | Identify contract HDEC0821C0028, modification P00033, its recorded obligation and dates. |
| 1:11.885 | Compare that contract's P00032 row and keep modifications distinct. |
| 1:36.885 | Interpret buyer, office, work ZIP, set-aside and estimated completion columns. |
| 2:04.685 | Locate Export To Excel and recognize that this exact result's workbook was not inspected. |
The P00033 action shows $228,071.24, an award date of 24 April 2026, and an estimated completion date of 30 June 2026 in the saved view. A separate P00032 row has a different amount and date; these rows should not be added or treated as separate new base awards without checking their detail. The visible export control does not establish a workbook's actual sheet names, rows or downloaded values. Use current source records and an opened, reconciled workbook before a business decision. This is one field-reading feature lesson within the service workflow, not the complete service course.
