Review parts associated with a contractor
Application user guide
From a company profile, select View MCRL Parts. MCRL is the Master Cross-Reference List: it connects stock-number items with manufacturer or supplier part numbers. Use this list to research the products associated with a company.
How to get here and continue
- Open a company profile and choose View MCRL Parts. The next page is the selected company's parts cross-reference list.
- Review each NIIN, item name and part number together. Follow an NSN/NIIN to its item result for characteristics, references and award context; a listed association does not establish current supply capability.
- Back returns through browser history to the company profile. Choose another company there to open a different parts list.
The heading Items carried by {vendor} identifies the selected company. Rows are ordered by NIIN.

| FSC | Four-digit Federal Supply Class identifying the item's product family. |
| NIIN | Nine-digit National Item Identification Number. Select it to open the NSN item summary. |
| NAME | The item's name or description. |
| Part # | The manufacturer's or supplier's reference number associated with this company and item. Several part references can relate to the same NSN. |
| Back | Returns to the company profile or preceding page. |
| No Items found for {vendor} | No matching part references were found for this company. |
Use the references
In a signed-in example, searching CAGE 8EWY6 opened ASRC FEDERAL ADVANCED RESEARCH, LLC. From View Details, View MCRL Parts showed one association: FSC 5995, NIIN 012288669, WIRING HARNESS, BRANCHED, Part # 12351461. Selecting the linked NIIN opened the populated NSN item summary for 5995-01-228-8669 and the same item name. Its part-reference table included 12351461 for ASRC, CAGE 8EWY6, and BML64495 for AMZ ALABAMA, CAGE 076M6. The item page showed Last Award Price $281.96, dated 03/21/07. Browser Back returned to the MCRL list; Back again returned to the company profile.

Use the item page to compare technical characteristics, reference data or award history with the current requirement. This historical association and last award price do not confirm current supply capability or a current quote.
The list has no search box or direct Excel export. The company profile passes its selected First 5000 records or Complete History setting to this page; the single 8EWY6 part association remained visible under both settings.
