Four Excel exports: a recorded action example

Application paths: One stock number's award workbook follows Main Menu โ†’ Search by NSN/NIIN โ†’ Search โ†’ Award History โ†’ Export To Excel. The broader award-history workbook follows Main Menu โ†’ Research โ†’ Award History search. Saved opportunity workbooks begin at Main Menu โ†’ Primary Searches โ†’ Just My Opportunities.

Dated training example ยท Recorded September 29, 2026 ยท 3 minutes 41 seconds. This lesson follows four distinct exports shown in the CIO demonstration: saved stock-number opportunities, one stock number's award history, saved solicitation matches, and broader award-search results. The recorded workbook excerpts are real outputs from that example. They teach which route produced a file and how to read selected fields; they do not prove that a current download will have the same rows, dates, links or formatting. Current-workbook acceptance remains pending in the current search-export field guide.

Use your player's CC or captions menu to turn on the separate English track. Captions are not printed into either video. The two editions use the same narration and timed captions, with edition-specific video and caption files. The video is edited: actual recorded export transitions alternate with clearly labeled closeups of the resulting workbooks. A still closeup is for reading fields and does not show a click.

The original meeting showed small text in some moving workbook views and an Excel opening screen. The labeled field closeups and 70-column recorded workbook reference supply the field detail. Some source-cell text is truncated in the moving footage; the written reference preserves full headers. Check any live notice or award at its original source before acting. This example does not demonstrate a current export acceptance test, an open bid, a completed response or all seventy workbook columns.
