Video sections for this page
Application paths: Main Menu โ Research โ Award History โ award results โ linked agency name in Contact Agency; or Main Menu โ All Government Contractors โ View Details โ View FBO/FPDS Award History โ linked agency name.
From Main Menu โ Research โ Award History, enter award criteria and use the matching search button to open results. Select the linked agency name in an award row's Contact Agency column to open Agency Contacts. You can also reach the award grid from a contractor profile's View FBO/FPDS Award History. Review the returned contact and office address, then use Back to return to that award grid. These contacts help you research the buying office. Confirm the officer for a current bid on its notice or agency site.
Follow an FAA award to agency contacts
In an October 12, 2026 example, open Main Menu โ All Government Contractors, choose the CAGE search, enter 8EWY6, then select Search Contractors โ View Details โ View FBO/FPDS Award History. The first award action was contract 6973GH26F00452, modification P00007, reference 6973GH26D00022, with the subject beginning SECOND LEVEL ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR AJW-. It listed Federal Aviation Administration in Contact Agency, office 6973GH, and award date 09/22/26. Keep these identifiers with your research so you return to the same action.

Open the FAA award result at full size.
Select the linked Federal Aviation Administration name in that row. Agency Contacts showed Contact Information and Office Address. The first contact text named Shelley Howard, shelley.howard@faa.gov, 4059547883, with Oklahoma City, OK 73125 in the office address. The next contact named Tamara Maxwell. These are stored historical contacts associated with the lookup; the list does not prove that either person currently handles this contract or a new opportunity. Check the current notice or the FAA's current directory before contacting anyone. Back returned to the award grid; from there, use Back again to return to the company profile.

| Field or control | Meaning and use |
|---|---|
| Contact Information | Stored contact text from a matching presolicitation. It can contain a name, email, phone or other instructions, depending on the source notice. Read the entire text and check the current notice or agency directory before outreach. |
| Office Address | Stored office-address text from that same presolicitation. It identifies a purchasing/contact office, not necessarily the award's place of performance. |
| No Contact Information was found for the selected Activity | Appears when no matching recent contact is found. It does not mean the agency has no public contact. Search the official current notice or office directory. |
| Main Menu | Returns to the site's main navigation. |
| Back | Returns through browser history to the result that supplied the contract identifiers. |
The contacts can help identify an office that handled related work, but the contact may have changed. The page has no export button.
For an IT or facilities-service award, keep the result's Contract #, Ref #, agency and office with the contact text. Compare the contact to the current opportunity's listed contracting officer before sending a question. A similar contract prefix or a shared office address alone does not establish responsibility for the new notice.
Follow a 2026 Department of Energy award to Agency Contacts
In an October 14, 2026 example, open Main Menu โ Research โ Award History, choose 2026, enter NAICS 541330, and select the Search button on the NAICS Code row. The first result row lists Department of Energy in Contact Agency, contract 89233124FNA400641, and reference GS00F243CA. Keep both identifiers with the agency link so you can identify the award that led to the contact lookup.
Select the linked Department of Energy name. The Agency Contacts page displays Contact Information and Office Address columns. Treat this stored contact text as a historical research clue and verify the responsible buyer on the current notice before outreach. Back returns to the same Award History result grid.
