| Displayed column or action | Meaning and use |

| State | Stored state of the contracting-office address. It is not necessarily the place where the contracted work occurs. |
| Service | Stored agency/service name. When a website is available, the name opens the agency website in a new window; check that site for current office information. |
| Facility | Stored contracting-office or facility name, linked to its recorded facility website when available. A facility name is not a confirmed worksite for every award made there. |
| Zip Code | Postal code for the stored office record. Compare it with a solicitation's POP Zip before treating them as the same geography. |
| Contact Emails | Appears when stored office-email records are counted for this office. It opens an email directory; an absent link means the page did not find that directory count, not that the office has no contact. Verify any address on a current agency notice. |
| Pre-sol | Opens related presolicitations for this office and area. Read the original notice for current dates and requirements. |
| Award History | Opens historical award actions. For a federal office record, the source passes the office and agency codes; for a different facility record type, it searches by that record's ZIP instead. Check the destination's displayed filters before attributing every action to this exact office. Compare contract, modification, obligation and completion date in the award guide. |
| 90 Day Expiring Contracts | Conditional link when the office record has an expiring-contract flag. The current link preselects the current calendar month, plus office/agency codes or the facility ZIP according to record type. The label alone does not establish a 90-day window or a guaranteed rebid. Check the resulting dates and current procurement record. |

Office reached from Find Contracting Officers
On October 12, 2026, a Find Contracting Officers search used State Florida, blank ZIP, default Agency and NAICS 238210. The first officer result, Charles Cowart / Kurt Armbruster, had Office → View. That link opened Federal Buying Locations with FA2521 45 CONS LGC, ZIP 32925, and Department of Defense / Air Force. The office listing gives a buying-location identity to compare with a notice; it does not identify the place of performance for every purchase.

Selecting Contact Emails opened the office email directory. Its first address was ABBIGAYLE.PIKE.FA2521@PATRICK.AF.MIL. Use the directory to identify a possible office contact, then confirm the current person and role on an official notice or agency source before writing. Browser Back returned to Federal Buying Locations; Back again returned to officer results, where New Search returned to the form.

For another office, record Service, Facility, office code and ZIP, then inspect Award History and Pre-sol as separate evidence streams. Use Contact Emails or OSDBU after confirming the office on a current official notice.
For VA office 36C249, Contact Emails opens an office email directory. Confirm the person's role and the address on the current agency site before outreach.
