Use the short-form NSN market report

This report has three ways to start: a company CAGE, a 13-digit NSN, or a product name. Each has its own button. The report shows fiscal-year amounts and links to related items or companies. These examples were followed in a signed-in application session on October 11, 2026; amounts can change as the underlying awards change.

Start with a company CAGE and open an item

1. Open NSN Market Analysis 3 years from the Main Menu. In Company CAGE Code, enter 1UF60 and select Get Total NSN Dollar Volume. The result shows FY 2025 $15,494,849.99, FY 2026 $0.00, FY 2027 $0.00, 35 competitors, and 158 unique NSNs awarded. A separate line reads Three Year Total of NSNs awarded to all Competitors: $29,976,361.26. Read this separate competitor total as its own displayed measure; it is not the sum of the company's three visible FY cells.
2. Select the linked 158. A paged NSN / Description table opens below the totals, 15 rows at a time. The first page includes 2530010468316 — BRAKE SHOE SET. Select that NSN to open the item result. The detail identifies FSC 2530, NIIN 010468316, BRAKE SHOE SET, and an observed Last Award Price $6,485.00 dated 09/15/26. The item page offers its own award history and technical-characteristic actions for further checking.
3. Select Back on the item page to return to the company market report and its NSN table. Select 35 to switch the lower table to CAGE / Company competitors. The first page includes 58078 — AIRTRONICS, LLC. Selecting 58078 opens its company detail, where the CAGE and company name match. Select Back there to return to the market report.

The 158 and 35 links replace the lower table with the selected list. Use the page numbers to see more than the first 15 rows. A company with no displayed market activity can show zeros: the same signed-in check of 4MXP3 showed $0.00 in all three FY cells and zero in both counts. A zero here is a result for this report, not proof that the company has never sold an item.

Start with a known NSN and open a competitor

Open the known-NSN totals and competitor example at full size.

1. Choose Reset Form to clear the earlier CAGE, results and tables. Enter 4030002667415 in National Stock Number, then select Get Three Year Dollar Awards. The result shows FY 2025 $3,825.00, FY 2026 $0.00, FY 2027 $0.00, 1 competitor and N/A for Unique Number of NSNs Awarded. The N/A belongs to this item view; it is not a missing NSN search result.
2. Select the linked 1. The competitor table shows 1UF60 — U.S.A. SPARES INC. Select 1UF60 to open its company detail and confirm the same CAGE/name there. Select Back on the company page to return to this NSN market result.

Start with a product name, choose an NSN, and inspect its market

1. Select Reset Form, enter shackle in Product/Part Name, then select Find NSNs. The October 11 search displayed 314 choices. The list is labeled NSN – Description – Sum of Last Three Fiscal Years. Compare the full stock number and description; several rows say only SHACKLE and have different amounts.
2. Select 4030016229684 — SHACKLE — $3,475,376.43 in the list, then select Get Market Data for Selected NSN. The NSN field fills with 4030016229684. The market panel shows FY 2025 $2,547,947.15, FY 2026 $0.00, FY 2027 $0.00, 4 competitors, and N/A for the company NSN count.
3. Select the linked 4 to show its competitors. This list includes 4NWK0 — BURHANI ENTERPRISES INC. Select 4NWK0 to open its company detail; the CAGE and company name match there. Select Back to return to the market result. Reset Form clears the product wording, selected NSN, totals and list when you are ready to try another product.

Read each amount with its heading: the candidate list shows its three-year amount, the report shows amounts by fiscal year, and Three Year Total of NSNs awarded to all Competitors is displayed separately. In this product-name example that competitor total is $23,831,599.00.

Read the controls and limits

The competitor and company NSN tables page at 15 rows and have sortable headings. There is no Excel control on this report. If a CAGE or NSN produces an input message, check the exact identifier and use its matching button again. These displayed values are a starting point for market research; follow a linked item, company, and award history before drawing a business conclusion.
