Research historical allowance lists and their parts

Application path: Main Menu โ†’ APL/AEL Historical.

An APL is an Allowance Parts List; an AEL is an Allowance Equipage List. Use this historical research screen to find a list describing equipment and inspect its parts and supporting information.

Choose the search that matches what you know

Search What to enter
APL/AEL A known list identifier.
Nomenclature Equipment-description words, such as hydraulic pump.
NIIN The nine-digit item identifier, keeping leading zeros.
Part Number A manufacturer's or other reference part number.
CAGE restriction Select the checkbox and supply a CAGE to restrict a NIIN or Part Number search to that organization.

Use the button beside the information you entered. These are separate search choices.

APL search form with hydraulic pump entered as the nomenclature

Example: find a hydraulic-pump list

Enter hydraulic pump in the Nomenclature field and choose Nomenclature. The October 21, 2026 example returns five lists. Open N019160850, described as HYDRAULIC PUMP 3520VQ-35A12-1AA20L.

The search results and detail heading show the same identifying fields:

Field Meaning
APL/AEL The list identifier.
Type Whether the displayed list is an APL or AEL.
Nomenclature The equipment description. Compare the model designation as well as the general name.
TCC Technical Cognizance Code, identifying technical responsibility.
AINAC Application Identification Number Activity Code, a support-activity classification.
LSSC Logistic Support Status Code, describing support classification rather than stock quantity.

Inspect the parts

Choose Parts List. This example has four rows. 413418 is described as KIT-CARTRIDGE, with CAGE 62983 and NIIN 004118145. The other rows include the pump, a cover-end kit and a shaft seal.

Part Number identifies the reference; CAGE identifies its associated organization; Item Name describes the part; NIIN supplies its catalog identifier when present. Some rows do not supply a NIIN. Compare the whole row when deciding which part to research.

Read the component information

Choose CCF to replace the parts table with Component Characteristics. The example identifies EATON AEROSPACE LLC JACKSON MS, model 3520VQ-35A12-1AA20L, and FLOW RATEโ€”35GPM. GPM means gallons per minute. Several other entries, such as operating pressure and reservoir capacity, are blank; the page does not provide values for those characteristics.

Component Characteristics for the hydraulic-pump allowance list

Read this as a list of characteristics, rather than a list of separate parts. MFR names the manufacturer, MFR ID supplies the model identification, and FLOW RATE describes the amount of fluid moved per minute. OPERATING PRESSURE, PUMP TYPE, PUMP DRIVE, FLUID RESERVOIR CAPACITY, and MOUNTING are additional characteristics when values are supplied. A blank value is not a zero. Compare the model and available characteristics with the equipment you are researching before returning to its parts list.

Multi. Ref Nr., Plan Doc., Manual Doc. and LSSC open their respective supporting sections. This particular list reports no data for those four sections. That does not erase the parts or component information: choose Parts List or CCF to return to those populated sections.

New Search returns to the search form. Main Menu returns to the application menu. Back returns to the previous page.
