Find DLA suppliers by product class
Application path: Main Menu โ DLA Prime Contractors.
Use this search to find companies that have supplied DLA in a product class you manufacture or sell. It helps you identify suppliers to research as potential partners or competitors.
Search for screw suppliers
- Choose 53 โ Hardware and Abrasives under FSG.
- Choose 5305 โ Screws under FSC.
- Select Show Primes.
FSG is the broad Federal Supply Group. FSC narrows it to a specific product class. Choosing the group first supplies the relevant class choices.

The resulting table has three fields:
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Company | The supplier listed for this product class. Select a company name to open its Vendor/CAGE Detail View. |
| 2025 Dollars | The displayed amount for that supplier and class under the 2025 heading. Read it as a dated figure, not a current quote. |
| Items Sold | Opens the supplier's item list for this FSC. In this example it leads to the same list as the linked 2025 Dollars amount. |
In the example checked October 21, 2026, NOBLE SUPPLY & LOGISTICS, LLC shows $14,143,276.64 for FSC 5305.

Open the supplier profile
Select NOBLE SUPPLY & LOGISTICS, LLC in the Company column. This opens Vendor / CAGE Detail View for CAGE 1HEN9. The profile shows the company's Boston, Massachusetts address and its recorded phone, fax, contact, government contact, email and web fields. Check current details before using a contact method.

This page also offers View NSN Award History, View FBO/FPDS Award History, View MCRL Parts, GSA, View SAM Details, Biz Plan, Opportunities and SubContractor Report. The First 5000 records and Complete History choices apply when viewing procurement history. The company-profile guide explains those shared research buttons. Use Back to return to the supplier list, then choose a dollar amount when you want the class's stock-item breakdown.
View procurement history with Complete History
On Noble's profile, select Complete History, then View NSN Award History. The award list includes Contract Number, MOD, Line Item, Stock Number, Item Name, Qty, Price, Total and Awarded. The company-profile guide explains these columns and the stock-number link. In this example, one visible row is contract SPE4A726P3723, stock number 5342009990405, LATCH, CHARGING HAND, awarded October 15, 2026. Select a stock number to open its item page; use Back to return to Noble's profile.

See what a supplier sold
Select Noble's Items Sold link or $14,143,276.64 amount. Both open the same table of NSN (stock-number link), Name (item description) and the displayed 2025 amount for each item. Keep the year and product class with the amount when comparing suppliers.
For Noble, the example starts with NSN 5305015128323, SCREW,CLOSE TOLERANCE, and $304,986.85 in the 2025 column. This helps distinguish a company selling in the broad screw class from one selling the particular stock number you are researching.

Select 5305015128323 to open its NSN/NIIN Search Results page. It identifies FSC 5305, NIIN 015128323, and SCREW,CLOSE TOLERANCE. The page shows shelf price $79.44, last award price $44.90 dated 09/21/2026, two available drawings and two part-reference rows: CA22033-4-10-12 / HOWMET GLOBAL FASTENING SYSTEMS INC. / CAGE 29372 and 3M1312-4-5 / THE BOEING COMPANY / CAGE 76301.

This is the shared item-research page. Continue with the item guide for the price, drawing, part-reference and research buttons; its part-reference export example shows the same three-column grid format using another stock item. The drawing guide explains drawing-list fields. Use Back to return when comparing another supplier item.
Continue with the item-research video
The DLA Prime Contractors video sequence starts with this supplier-to-item route. Its second lesson explains the shared item-research screens using a separate cap-screw example, NSN 5305007262550. Use those chapters for technical characteristics, awards, catalog information, references, shipping, inventory and backorders; the example stock number changes, but the screen controls serve the same purposes.
