Create Report
Choose Create Report to open a combined on-screen report for the selected item. Back returns to the item page. The report brings together FLIS Header, MCRL, ML-C, Award History, Technical Characteristics, Associated Documents, Interchangeability/Substitutibility and MOE Rules. The overview below shows the first three sections; scroll to review the sections that follow.
Use the catalog guide for FLIS Header and MCRL fields, the NSN awards guide for award rows, and the technical characteristics guide for item requirements. The ML-C fields describe management information for the row; its price is separate from the price in award history.

Example: prepare for an RFQ
Use the report to gather the item identity, part/CAGE references, management fields, technical requirements, document references and past purchases in one place. Compare these with the current RFQ. For closer review, open the individual characteristics, documents and award history guides. Back returns to the selected item.

In the Awards section, Mod displays the modification indicator. Use the individual award-history page for its separate award-line fields.
The report shows several different price fields. ML-C Price is a management-list price; Awards Price and Total describe an award line; the forecast view shows LastPrice alongside forecast quantities. Read each amount with its date and unit. For unit terms, see DLA's unit-of-issue and pack guidance. Document links open the recorded file or reference; compare it with the current RFQ.
